She had worked in the Delhi and Gurgaon offices of Kochhar & Co., Legal Advocates and Consultants, one of the leading law firms in India from 2000 to 2014. Her area of interest and expertise in the legal field is general corporate commercial law. Since 2014, Priya has been providing independent consultancy services with a niche focus on laws pertaining to sexual harassment and other related intra-workplace disputes. She has been advising several companies draft their respective Anti-Sexual Harassment Policies and is on the Board of the Internal Committee [established under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Protection, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013] of many companies. Priya currently presides over the Anti-Sexual Harassment Committees of many multinational companies. She is also actively involved in doing pro-bono activities for NGO’s such as Guild of Services, which looks after the widows of Vrindavan.
